How do I contact customer service?
We’d love to hear from you anytime. Reach us via email@example.com or via the contact page on our website.
Can I refreeze my meat?
You sure can! We suggest thawing your meat out, portioning it into the size you desire, put into zip lock bags, then pop what you’re not using into a freezer. As said by the USDA – The U. S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) advises: Once food is thawed in the refrigerator, it is safe to refreeze it without cooking. After cooking raw foods which were previously frozen, it is safe to freeze the cooked foods.
When and where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver to all of California.
If you order Monday-Thursday before 10am, your Bulkbox will arrive the next day. All other order will arrive on Tuesday.
What if I am not home to accept the delivery?
Your Bulkbox will be dropped at your front door and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive home. Please ensure you are intending to be at home the same day as your scheduled delivery, as the contents of your box are perishable, and you’ll need to refrigerate the meat as soon as possible.
How does the food stay fresh in transit?
The meat is packed in a 100% recyclable insulation system with ice packs. The vegetables do not require refrigeration during shipping. We’ll send you a tracking number when your box ships. Look for your box on its due date and refrigerate as soon as possible.
